Learning outcomes:

Identify the range of library resources available
Navigate the library’s online catalogue and discovery tools to locate resources
Apply effective keyword searching, Boolean operators, and filters to refine search results in library databases.
Evaluate the credibility, relevance, and scholarly value of information sources for academic assignments.
Access online resources remotely using institutional authentication systems (e.g., proxy server or single sign-on).
Retrieve full-text articles and request materials through interlibrary loan or document delivery services
Recognise and apply principles of academic integrity, including proper citation practices to avoid plagiarism.
Locate subject-specific research support, such as liaison librarians, subject guides, and workshops.
Demonstrate the ability to independently identify and use appropriate library resources for a specific research topic or assignment.
