CARTA JAS 2 Cohort 11 University of Witwatersrand Library Resources In-Person
The CARTA Joint Advanced Seminar 2 (JAS 2), hosted at the Wits School of Public Health, is a pivotal component of the Consortium for Advanced Research Training in Africa’s doctoral program. This seminar is designed to deepen fellows’ understanding of research methodologies, data management, and analysis.
One important session in JAS 2 is about Library Resources. It helps fellows learn how to use useful tools for their research, like online databases, journal articles, and citation managers. They also learn how to find and organize information, use university library services, and stay updated with new research. This session shows how the library can support their work and make their research better and more efficient.
