Space Availability - Wartenweiler Library

The study and tutorial rooms in the library are available for use of all registered University of the Witwatersrand students. To access these study rooms, one must make a booking online for the specific study room they wish to use. The following rules and procedures apply:

• Users must make an online booking prior to using the study or focus room.
• Users will receive a confirmation email upon making their booking. This email, together with a valid WITS identity card, must be produced at the circulation desk or I-desk before a key is provided. A study room key will not be issued without a confirmation email and a valid WITS identity card.
• The card will be kept for the duration of the period that the key is held by the user. Only when the student returns the key will the card be returned to the student.
